This product is only fit for Mazzer Super Jolly / Mini / Major / Royal , can not fit for Mazzer conical grinders.
Instructions:
Turn on the power first, then pour the coffee beans into the funnel to grind to improve the uniformity of grinding. But since the funnel is open, it is inevitable that one or two coffee beans will pop out during grinding. You can cover the funnel with your palm to avoid jumping beans when grinding.
Please note:
1.If your grinder is an E version, please do not purchase the doserless kit,
except if you can bypass those electronic circuits and microswitches by yourself.
2.If your grinder with a microswitch on hopper, you must first remove the microswitch of the doser & hopper.
◆ If your hopper opening is less than 60mm, this hopper funnel cannot be put in.
◆ Because the stainless steel hopper funnel takes a long time to make and polish, it takes 3 to 5 working days to ship after ordering.
If your Mazzer Major /Royal / Robur is an an Electronic or Automatic version, it need to make a jumper wire attached to the junction strip on the electronic base to bypass the safe micro switch of hopper, for users with proper electrical safety knowledge only.
The Mini and Super Jolly do not have a hopper safety micro switch, the stainless steel hopper funnel can be installed directly without any modification.

If the hopper has a safety pin, the grinder will not work when the hopper is removed. At this time, you must disassemble the bottom of the grinder, remove the safety micro switch wire of the hopper, and make a jumper to replace it. In this way, the safety micro switch can be bypassed to allow the grinder to work. The hopper have two wires attached to the junction strip on the base as red circle. The switch is normally closed so you need to make a jumper wire to replace the switch as shown:

The funnel fits nicely. It has a hole design that mostly stops the beans from jumping out allowing you to dump all your beans and cover the opening with a palm of your hand if necessary. It has the right size allowing me to fit my Super Jolly on the counter under the cabinet when not in use.
