Return Policy
The value of the doserless kits we sell is not high, so we hope you carefully consider whether the doserless kits are what you really need before placing an order, and if you want to return, you need to consider that the round-trip shipping cost may exceed the total value of the item. Because we do not refund any shipping costs and customs duties you paid. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
◆ If you cancel the order before shipping, the refund issued will be deducted PayPal handling fee (Amount*4.5%+USD0.3)
For example: The order amount is USD100, if you cancel the order before shipping, the refund you will get is
100-(100*4.5%+0.3)=100-4.8=95.2 (This is what we actually received.)
◆ If you cancel the order after delivery, the refund issued will be deducted PayPal handling fee (Amount*4.5%+USD0.3) and shipping fee.
For example: The order amount is USD100, and the shipping fee is USD30. If you cancel the order after delivery, you need to send the complete unopened package back to us at your own expense, and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned package. The refund you will receive is
100-(100*4.5%+0.3)-30=100-4.8-30=65.2
◆ Please understand that we will not accept cancellation requests if the package has been opened and used.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to choose the shipping-carrier that’s most convenient for you (UPS, FedEx, EMS, DHL, ect.). Please pack the item carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
Please note: we recommend insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage as we can’t issue refunds for items that are damaged in transit.
How do I set up a return?

Affix or write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Be sure to avoid making any markings on the product packaging.
